Electrolytes are perishable goods, so we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Be sure to reach out to team@rhovive.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will help you out!
